'All staff are extremely friendly and service minded - worthy of a 5-star accomodation. The rooms are a bit tired, although comfortable. Bathroom small - if you are over 1,80 you will not be able to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. Hotel is beautifully located and the gardens are an absolute pleasure to spend some warm evenings enjoying a drink or waterpipe. '

'The hotel is very well located in Cairo and has a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is varied and they also had typical Egyptian specialties. The 3 restaurants are super tasty and we recommend the Grill enough! The room service was also on point. The only downside were the noisy events on Friday and Saturday until late at night. We definitely recommend this hotel!'

'Prima 1 persoonskamer. Goed ontbijt buffet en dinner keuze. Leuk restaurant. Hotel heeft goede locatie voor een wandeling langs het water bij restaurants en koffie barretjes.'

'Prettig ontvangst aan de receptie, waarna de koffers naar de (ruime) kamer gebracht werden. De kamer was ruim met een schitterend uitzicht op de Nijl. De airco (enigzins lawaaiig zorgde voor een fijn klimaat op de kamer. De bedden zijn uitstekend. Het ontbijt is goed met heel prettig personeel. Dit hotel is een aanrader. '

'Please DO NOT BOOK! … unless you want to lose your money and/or spend endless hours trying to recover it from host and bank. I booked & paid and when I contacted the host via app & WhatsApp for key/access, he said no English. I had my Egyptian friend speaking Arabic talk to host & said property was not available & to try to get my money however I could!! .. still trying to get my $712 retuned!!'
