'De appartementen waren keurig! Wij hadden een kamer met balkon geboekt en dat gaf een prachtig uitzicht over de haven. Alles waren keurig in orde, attente ontvangst met een flesje wijn, koekjes. Verder alles aanwezig wat je wensen kon; vaatwasser - inclusief vaatwasblokjes. Helaas werkte alleen onze oven niet.'

'While the apartment itself was clean, well-situated, and had great terrace views and parking, our experience was subpar due to missing amenities and terrible communication. The apartment lacked almost all basics: no dish soap, sponges, hand soap, drinking glasses, or kitchen towels. There was also no coffee maker or kettle, forcing us to boil water in a large pot just to make a hot drink. Worst of all, there wasn't a single trash can in the entire place, and one of the beds smelled strongly like...
