'Two days before our stay we were notified that we were being moved to a different rental which apparently was an upgrade. What was not clear in the photo was the lack of space above the mattress (double) on the floor(no “bed”) and the ceiling. Not high enough to sit up while on the bed and have to bum scoot to the end and climb down a very precarious ladder. We both nearly hurt ourselves on it (super slippery) and we are pretty fit. It was heated using space heaters and while on, cannot use...

'We had a wonderful stay at the Blue House! The property was beautiful, immaculate, and exactly as described. It was very easy to access, included convenient parking, and was located in a great area. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee that was provided, we were even able to make coffee each morning. Overall, we loved the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!'

'The room rent was value for money. There was no staff at the reception during my entire stay, checking in was pretty tedious. They send a code in the email. No reply to calls or messages. Breakfast was good'

'Kamer was netjes en schoon. Uitgebreid ontbijt met zeer vriendeliik personeel. De bus stopt voor de deur en je bent zo in de stad. Eventueel is er ook genoeg parkeerruimte.'

'Het hotel is oud en de kamers gedateerd. Maar de kamer was heel schoon en het bed was goed. Het servies op de kamer was ook schoon en netjes. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Onze kamer was voorzien van een uitgebreide keuken, welke gedateerd was, maar ook hier voor geldt dat alles schoon was en uistekend werkte. Wij hebben er een prima verblijf gehad.'

'Prima hotel met ruime kamers en een uitstekende ligging aan English Bay. De kamers waren heel proper, maar de meubels en de inhoud was wel wat gedateerd. Ook vlakbij tal van busverbindingen waardoor je heel snel in het centrum staat. Eveneens op wandelafstand van Stanley Park.'

'The property was very spacious and comfortable. It was also really well located, but could have been cleaned a lot better. In the main entrance there were shoes that weren’t ours and the carpet smelled horrible. There was spider webs in the bathroom and bedrooms and there was a burnt spatula. Plus, when we arrived there was an unclean towel in the washer, and there were hairs everywhere, the bathroom carpet did not look clean and had a whole nest of hairs hanging on the corner and the bathtub...
