The staff is amongst the friendliest I have ever seen. They were very helpful with everything we needed, always with the biggest smile. 100% recommend and would stay again when I am back in Gili T.

Vi var her på par tur og var veldig fornøyde.. Vi bodde her 2 netter i forbindelse med vår plan om å besøke alle 3 gili øyene. Vi ble tatt godt imot og de bar opp bagasjen vår til rommet mens vi fikk en velkomst drikk i lobbyen😊

Right on the beach, clean and fresh, hairdryer and toiletries provided, free safe, wonderful professional and polite staff and a lovely restaurant and pool. Unfortunately no views at all from room as window centimetres from the side of adjacent hotel and natural light rather poor. However, excellent value for money and a great location, you dont go to a beautiful island like this to stay in your bedroom!

Good location
Great location - right next to the beach which has a couple of cool bars overlooking the sunset. 5-10 minute walk into the main part which has great food places (we loved Altrove - freshly cooked pizzas). Very basic room - you get what you pay for. Working toilet, and hot shower (although only lasts for about a minute). Beware that you’ll be woken up very early by a cockerel.

Great location and friendly staff
Really good hotel to stay - it's close to everything and they have an amazingly delicious beachfront restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will help you with anything and make sure your stay is very enjoyable. Our room was slightly small, however cozy and the wifi worked very well in the whole hotel.

We like the view and the place is in a good spot!! We don’t like it that the pool cannot be used after 20:00, as it is very hot and we always like to swim during the evening to cool down. I really think that the pool should be available till much later.

good and comfort hotel for reasonable price
We were very satisfied with the stay in Natya hotel (6 nights). Staff were very friendly, rooms were a little small, but comfortable, location was very near the main activities (beaches, restaurants, spot for watching sunset). The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good, breakfast food was ordered from menu, it was not a buffet, so it was very tasteful. Internet wifi was overloaded and disconnected quite often, staff did everything they could to restore the connections, but problems repeated few times during 6 days. Personally I didn't mind, after all we were coming for holidays not to work and was a good excuse not to spend time with the smartphones etc..

Friendly staff!
Call it timing, but our hotel was doing maintenance while we stayed here. It was very loud and did not allow us to see the view that everyone was talking about. Although the construction was going on, the place was still very clean and the people were still very friendly. Nizar was an excellent host in the lobby. He was very helpful and friendly. He even helped us book our fast boat service from Gili T to Lembongan. Thanks Nizar!

Отель находится в хорошем районе Гили Траванган, недалеко от порта и "тусовочных" мест. Но громкие звуки с улицы не мешают отдыху, т.к. сам отель находится во внутреннем тихом дворике. В номере чисто, уборка была каждый день. Очень хорошие завтраки с большим выбором блюд. Есть небольшой бассейн. При отеле находится шикарный ресторан с очень вкусными блюдами. Персонал отеля разрешает оставить у них вещи после check-out или до check-in, чтобы вы могли пойти по своим делам и не беспокоились о вещах. Мы оставили до заселения и уехали на целый день, а когда вернулись, наши вещи были уже в номере. Минусы: когда мы заселились, у них сломался бойлер и у нас сутки не было горячей воды, НО после моего обращения они извинились и предложили нам бесплатный ужин за счет отеля в ресторане. Ужин был супер! За этот подарок огромное спасибо всему персоналу отеля!!

Mycket trevlig vistelse!
Efter mycket krångel från vår sida då vi inte kunde checka in den dagen vi hade planerat, så välkomnade de oss vänligt när vi kom och sa att de hade fått våra mejl och att rummet stod klart. Personalen var en av de bästa vi upplevt efter vår semester på Bali. Hur serviceminded som helst, och frågade alltid hur ens dag hade varit o önskade än en trevlig kväll osv. Rummen var mycket fräscha och luftiga med supermysig inredning. Allmänt ett väldigt lugnt och skönt hotel som ligger väldigt bra till på Gili T’s gata.

スタッフは、みんな良く出来ていて安心感があり、全体的に清潔です。だけど、プールも部屋も、近隣のホテルに比べると小さくて、ビジネスホテルくらいです。 ここだけではないですが、ツアーなどはホテルで頼むより、近くの小さなオフィスがずっと安いです。朝食ブッフェはけっこうおいしいです。
