Ensuite bathroom tap fixtures were falling off making it even more difficult to navigate the hot and cold water which operate in different directions.2. ensuite sliding door seems to be off the railing and needs the be fixed3. Extra sliding bed could have been left out or at least indicated more clearly as we didnt see it until checking out (and we did indicate 7 on the booking)4. Kitchen drawers needs are stiff and could do with some adjustments '

'On check in the manager ?? had already charged my card. He charged me $30 over the expedia booking price. The manager did not seem to know how expedia worked. He tried to help by ringing expedia, which was useless, the expedia was so useless I asked the manager to hand me the phone so i could clearly explain the situation. The expedia person told me off and told me he could not speak to me, he then told the manager off for giving me the phone, I instructed the manager to hang up as this was not...

'Had an amazing stay with friends at Adrian's accommodation! Adrian was very welcoming, easy to talk to and had clear instructions on how to navigate the place. Loved the quirky details and the entire space. So close to Redwood forest and was so nice to be away with the views of the mountain. '
