'Great unobstructed views! Great little place. Close to the beach, shops and cafés. Unfortunately, the timing of our visit was hampered with asphalt laying on the entrance of the driveway. Smelted awful had to close all the sliding doors. Workers next door as well. I can only imagine how beautiful it could have been if that didn't construction hadn't happened!'

'A few issues. The front security door cannot lock. One dining room chair needs fixing. The TV in the main bedroom only works on channel 31. Obviously not hooked up to the Set top box in the lounge room. The courtyard was a mess. It's is understandable that there are leaves falling from the tree next door but its not been cleaned in a long time. The cloths washing machine had a lot of unused dishwashing powder in the detergent holder. Possibly due to the powder might be fir hot water washes but...
