'Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. '

'The location was spot on, quiet and tranquil but there are areas the location could improve on. We where in lodge 2 and the path from the car parking leading up to the lodge could be an issue in the dark with the garden retaining wall called across it partially blocking the clear access'

'The property was an absolute delight. The pictures on the website are very accurate and the aesthetic of the home was lovely. I particularly enjoyed to outlook over the beach and local neighbourhood. The stairs and steps to access the property are fine but may be a little tricky for some. It's a very easy walk to the shops (cafes, eateries, mini supermarket etc) and the beach. It's also an easy walk to the Surf Club and Beach House restaurant. Just be aware it's a steep walk back up the street...
