'Staying here for my brother and I was an experience. Nin and David are making something very special here that is more of a retreat than a standard rental.'

'The place was amazing! Very easy check in/out process and the host is very responsive. '

'Mattresses and couch were worn and a bit uncomfortable. Clean, Quiet. Attentive host'

'I had the pleasure of being the very first guest to stay at this property. The host was very helpful prior to booking providing extra details of the property since the outside area is not yet complete. The interior was very nice, everything was clean, exactly as pictured in the listing and the mini Nespresso machine was great. The location was perfect for people visiting Saugerties or Woodstock, both only a few minutes away. I visited for the night for a concert at Bearsville Theatre and it was...

'Close to everything. Exceptional property'

'We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!'

'We had a really pleasant stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. That said, Alan was quick to send someone out to take a look and ultimately refunded us the extra pool heating charge, which we really appreciated.The...

'Great spot, close to town but removed enough to have total privacy. Thank you!'

'The pictures are misleading'

'The host was amazing and was very helpful. He responded as soon as possible every single time I texted him. The property was amazing very spacious, nice and clean. The grill and the fire pit outside was well prepared for the guest. We were there only for one day and had an amazing time. The only problem I had was we didn’t know that one of the room didn’t had AC and in the middle of the night it was too hot that I couldn’t sleep at all. They have fan for that one room but that didn’t help at...

'Property was great for our girls weekend! Eight of us fit very comfortably. Host was very responsive to all of our needs! We had a great time!'

'This place worked great for a group of friends traveling together. There was lots of space to spread out, and having access to two kitchens made meal prep easier. The hosts provided helpful local recommendations, as well as white noise machines to help with the train noise.'

'this house was very comfortable and convenient to Saugerties'
