There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. 'I always stay at Homes2Suite Richmond, IN when I visit family. From the moment I arrive to when I leave, everything is great! The front desk and breakfast staff are always so helpful and accommodating to our needs! The only thing, my husband says the water pressure in the shower needs work! Lol'

'I had an amazing time at the Comfort Inn, the housekeepers are friendly and the managers too, my key didn’t work and the woman eho helped me gladly walked with me to check it out. Eventually solved and i could get back into my room. I had an amazing stay, the rooms are clean, everyday clean towels and if you wanted your room clean just sit downstairs and have a free breakfast meal. 100% satisfied and looking forward to come visiting again!'

'Ending our vacation with this hotel on the way home for one night, this is our 4th hotel throughout our vacation , the cheapest and the best out of all of them! Staff was nice, check in was fast, lots of parking. Areas around hotel are nice. Felt safe. Room was clean, shower was good. Work out room was ok, pool seemed fine but didn’t use it. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. '

'I'd say it's about what you'd expect maybe a little better. This is not the Four Seasons, so don't come in thinking it's gonna be four-star accommodations with mints on the pillow. For a roadside motel with affordable rates, it's not bad. Our family of 8 adults rented 4 rooms and slept fine on our way to the OBX. No serious complaints. '
