'The Oaklawn definitely exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed several hours on the screen porch relaxing and watching the sunset. My room was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed talking with the other couples who were staying there. I could not say enough about how pleased I was with the whole experience '

'This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Sheets were dirty, slept in clothes on top of the bed. Place smelled like cat urine. Doors were dirty, water bottle and beer can on the floor. Left a day early couldn't stay there any longer. Health department should shut this place down. I'm contacting them tomorrow. Want a refund of one night '
