'When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible.'

'We stay here every year on our way home to Michigan from Florida with our two dogs, and it’s always a good experience. The rooms are consistently clean and nicely updated, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. This time they even offered us warm cookies fresh out of the oven, which was such a nice touch! '

'There was hair in every corner as if the cleaning person just ran the map over the floor with no care. There was no microwave in the room or front desk. I guess you get what you paid for. '

'Whole place smelled like pot and cigarettes the tv did not work in room also the phone did not work missing cables was a hole in bathroom shower wall room felt dirty old French fry moldy on the floor looks like it has been there for months hot water takes 10 minutes to get hot highly not recommend this place I gotta see if I can get some type of refund from corporate not happy at all'
