'Myself and others jad alot of trouble checking in because wevwere tranferred from a different location due to remodeling. We were told everything was set, but upon arrival the check in personhad no knowledge of our tranfer. He couldnt get in touch with the other location, so told is we had to call expedia and get a refund and re-book at his location after we had already prepaid and no refunds.
