Steps Away from Good Harbor & Long Beach! Spacious Home for Groups of All Sizes!

Welcome to your ideal seasonal destination! Located just a few steps from not one, but TWO gorgeous Massachusetts beaches, enjoy this spacious private single family home with amenities throughout. Offering three private bedrooms with queen or king beds as well as a loft and living room offering sleeping set ups, this property is a great fit for groups of all sizes. Equipped with a full kitchen offering island seating, a dining room, living room, private office space, and a back yard/ large deck, there is plenty of space throughout the property to relax and enjoy your vacation rental.
New England Fall is a wonderful stay. We have wedding parties, Fishing trip surf casters, "Leaf Peepers" heading up North and the glorious Halloween celebration in renowned Salem, Ma. You are a short train ride away from the historic towns of Salem & Boston as well as the beautiful NH/Maine woods with all of the fall seasons breathtaking color.

Included in your rental are linens for all bedding as well as towels for your stay, along with other necessities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. WIFI, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, full cookware & dishes, and smart TVs are some of the other features you'll find inside. Outside and in-season, beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach needs are also provided.

A two story unit, you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room and two of the bedrooms/ one bathroom on the main level. Upstairs, the master bedroom/bathroom, loft, office space, and laundry station can be found. Deck is off the main level. The grounds also includes space for 3+ cars comfortably, with room available for others as needed. Speak with the owner for best way to arrange!

Aside from the accommodations provided on-site, the property is a short walk to both Good Harbor and Long Beach beaches. Pro tip - stop by Surfside Subs on your way back from Good Harbor for the best ice cream! Additionally, a short drive to the historic & quintessential towns of Rockport and Gloucester inclusive of activities for the whole family! Some recommended activities include whale watching, sailing, fishing and checking out a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops.

We are also open for short term rentals through Thanksgiving and Christmas for family gatherings. DO you need extra room for visiting family members - this is the PERFECT place!
Additionally, we offer 30 day minimum stays available from Jan - April.

** NOTE: There is a basement studio apartment occasionally rented that shares nothing with the VRBO guests except driveway access to a garage. Yard, deck, porch, patio, parking etc are all VRBO guest use only. We just ask that you do not block the garage door.

Beautiful stay in Gloucester. Check-in was a breeze and the house was well equipped and clean. Linens were plentiful: plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. This property was gorgeous and much more spacious then the photos made it appear. It was a very comfortable set up to hang out as a group as well as having some space to spread out individually. Great property for a group. Very close to Hammond Castle as well as the train station for a Boston/Salem trip with the group if you didn't want to drive. Only downside, the driveway can be a little tricky to manage at times with it being such a sharp angle off the main road and being kinda steep. If you have multiple cars, it can be a little game of shuffling to get them all to fit without blocking the garage door, but definitely manageable if thought of ahead of time. There were no parking signs on the road by the house, we managed having all cars in the driveway but I'm not sure how far those signs are valid. Definitely recommend! The home felt very welcoming, like you were a part of the family.

Perfect Home

I highly recommend staying here, especially for larger groups. We had 4 kids (3-11) and 6 adults. There was plenty of space for sleeping and living space. We never felt cramped. There was PLENTY of towels, sheets and even beach towels. There were games for the kids and adults, kitchen is very spacious and fully stocked. Kids ate at the kitchen bar while the adults ate at the dining table. Everything was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised when pulling extra sheets and or blankets from the closet they were all freshly clean. We’ve been to many places that made me nervous using their bedding, but not here. Pat was always quick to respond and honestly made me feel like we were her personal guests. There were 2 bottles of wine there welcoming us to her home. We all felt at home, it is very cozy and comfortable. We do have family in the area that we visit but they cannot accommodate the 10 of us, which we all want to come back during the summer when we have more time to enjoy Cape Ann and all that it has to offer. Thank you Pat, your home is the best VRBO we stayed in!

Wonderful spot for a family beach week!

Our extended family of grandparents, parents, and grandkids fit in this house very comfortably, with room for a couple of cousin sleepovers. Nicely furnished, kitchen has everything you might need, and plenty of space to dine in or out. The outdoor living area is great and safe for various grandchild hijinks.Just a short walk to the beach, and just as importantly, to the ice cream stand! Reading previous reviews, will say driveway may be daunting at first, but not unusual for this area, and there is ample parking, which is unusual for this area. Family Vacation

Our family had a fantastic vacation at this home. We walked to Good Harbor Beach and Long Beach to avoid parking fees there. Both are beautiful beaches. The home has absolutely everything you will need in the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. Also provides towels, boogie boards and cart for the beach. The outdoor space was fantastic for family games, BBQing, making s’mores on the fire pit, and just relaxing and reading on the patio. We loved exploring Rockport, Gloucester, Salem, and Boston. There are 3 formal bedrooms and one couple stayed in the loft. (Can get quite warm in the loft in the month of July) There are A/C units only in the 3 bedrooms. The owner does provide plenty of floor fans to help cool the place a little. Great communication with the owner anytime we had a question. We loved the location of the home, very close to everything. We loved our nightly walks to the ice cream shop. Just a very short car ride to the local market for food. We loved the privacy of the home and yard, and the space inside to accommodate all of us. It was so nice to vacation where we didn’t have to pack so much stuff because this home truly had everything. Thank you for making our family vacation one to remember!

From Kansas to Gloucester for a wedding.

The house was perfect for me, my son and his family, and my sister and her kids. It allowed for my parents to come and visit also. Walking to Good Harbor and the ice cream shop was wonderful. Only downside was the smell of pet urine was at times over bearing. Otherwise would book again when visiting my son who has become a transplant in Gloucester.
