'upon arrival we were not able to access the property using the code given to us weeks before [ the last 4 digits of our cell phone] As we had no computer access [ no wifi due to not being able to get into the house. A hotel allowed us to use their computer to get the number to call VRBO [no phone number was on any paperwork we made copies of , you hide it] , the rep there gave us another code 7486. We went back to the property and that didn't work. We called VRBO and asked for the property...
