'The hotel is in a small town, so our expectations were not the greatest, but this place knocked it out of the park! The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the location was great for all of our side trips to VT, MA and northern NY. Staying local near Caroga and Canada Lakes was also great. Hiking, kayaking, the race track at Saratoga, Baseball Hall of Fame all less than a 2 hour drive! Highly recommend!!'

'We got switched through 3 different rooms before we finally gave up and left to find another hotel. The first room smelled of cigarette smoke terribly at an allegedly non smoking property, the second room had an overbearing chemical bleach/chlorine (not normal cleaning product smell) that made us sick and the 3rd room had stains all over the bedding and excrement on the nightstand light. Even after going through 3 rooms and not staying they refused to refund the room more than 50% which they...
