'Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. Given it's a small space, would've been nice to have a mini ironing board and iron.Would easily stay here again and...

'Great communication from the host. The apartment was very clean and within walking distance to several restaurants. Every room had a tv which made it great for those of us wanting to watch different NFL games. '

'The studio was centrally located for the events that brought me to town. Dining and entertainment were nearby and walkable. I stayed alone and felt safe doing so. The unit had all of the conveniences you could consider and a lovely balcony that I wished I'd have had time to enjoy. This is an annual trip for me and I will be reserving my spot once I know the dates!'

'The area was perfect for what we needed. It was a comfortable space in a nice area just outside of downtown Fort Worth. The host was very responisve to all questions at all hours, both leading up to and during the stay.'
