'When our initial room didn't have much of a window, the staff was very helpful and quickly switched us to an available room with a balcony for a nominal fee. The place has a cool retro beach-motel vibe, which some may enjoy more than others but we liked. Despite the meh weather, the attached pub was pretty lively for dinner with a nice outside seating area and I'm sure that during the summer the whole place and attached small beach are very lively. 'We absolutely loved our stay here! There were three adults and five children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The swingset was a big hit and we loved walking on the beach even though it was a little chilly. We felt very private and secluded and had enough space for everyone to spread out and be happy. The property is very well maintained, and everything is very updated.Communication with the owners was fantastic. '

'Amazing views of Northport Harbor. Very walkable to town and all the shops and restaurants. On street parking was easy and plentiful. It snowed while we were there and Richard was quick to treat the stairs and patio so they were not slippery. '
