The unit was excellent, and very clean. Just found limited reception hours, different to motels I have stayed in and needed to adjust, but staff were excellent

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. The room was amazing, the view was fantastic. There were a couple of things we didn’t like, like there being no communication in any adds about a safety deposit and our toilet was broken. The shower was not built for people who are over 5ft5. Other than that we had a really nice stay.

Spacious rooms and plenty of space, large tv, large shower, nice view from 3 balconies. Good kitchen, traffic noise was consistent but ok to sleep. Beds very firm in main room but singles much softer and easier to sleep on. Parking was super easy for the area compared to other hotels. Rail in the bath shower was lose and couldn't use it so used other shower in second bathroom which was large and spacious. Good accomodation for price and location. Reception was nice.

Positives: The pool and lobby area are nice. The rooms are large in size. The staff members are friendly and communicative. We had a room on level 6. Dirty: When we moved in, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was dirt inside the bathtub, we asked TWICE for this to be cleaned and both times the cleaner came past, claimed it was cleaned but a simple wipe of the finger on the bath tub revealed this was not the case. We were handed a vacuum to clean the floor ourselves. There is mould on the walls of the bathroom. Cigarette smoke. The common area of level 6 had a strong stench of smoke every evening, which made its way under the door into the room. At night, I woke up with my eyes watering with the smell of cigarette smoke, and left the room with my infant to get some fresh air. If we walked bare feet on the carpet in the bedroom, we were left with dirt marks on our feet. Clearly indicating the carpet was due for a proper clean. Both my infant child and myself had a flare of our eczema rash the day after our first stay, which miraculously disappeared the day after we left.

The property is average at best. Room size is excellent but its old. Strange things like queen bed made using single sheets and pillows were thinest I uave ever seen. We ended up buying ourselves pillows and a blanket for the stay. Ou reason we didnt make complaint was due to the low price we paid

All things considered, price, location, pool, gym and apartment features (full kitchen and laundry) it was generally good so no complaints. If it could be improved the main things that could be better are bedding (very hard) and floor surface cleaning quality. There were dirty surfaces and seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed or mopped in a long time.

Nobody at check in. Phoned number on reception window and caretaker arrived soon after. He was very pleasant and checked us in. We ended up with sea views, although we only paid for a basic 1 bed apartment. Nice surprise, taking into account the low rate we paid. Bed however is very soft and springy. We took our own pillows and a blanket, after reading other reviews about lack of bedding. We were glad we did as it was quite chilly in the evenings. Bedroom ceiling fan did not work, Air-con worked though. Good sized heated pool and spa and very clean. Cannot fault the amenities. Good value overall. Close walking distance to beach, tram stop and Surfer's main strip. Will stay again if rates are good.

No wifi but very reasonable
We stayed 3 nights in a 1BR apt which was clean and had an outside eating area. Furniture was rather shabby but the bed was comfortable, private owner should really spruce it up and install wifi. Good location near Broadbeach and the nearby Darcy Arms pub does great meals. Secure underground parking and two lifts was a plus, so the price is fair value

This property didn't feel right the minute I stepped into the foyer. Strangecpeople hanging around the outside.My room was located behind an old timber stained door. 1 key service 3 other internal doors. I thought that was strange. As I entered the smell was hideous. The white pillow with large orrange stains on it. Hair, dust, dirt on all surfaces. Kitchen surfaces dirty. Fridge disgusting smell. I don't think this place had cleaned in weeks/months. No toilet paper provided. I was to scared to go out and get food. I sat up on tge phone all night as I did not feel safe. I could here everything next door. I waited till morning after having a meeting locally. Upon my return I headed straight to reception and advised I would be checkimg out. The state of the room was not acceptable nor liveable. Below health standards. Let alone covid standards. 0 recommendation. It should not even be listed with any provider with these conditions. Not a great welcome GC.

Great location close to everything & friendly lady at check in. Apartment was spacious and clean for the price. Proper bedding needs to be added to bed there was only a fitted & flat sheet unsure why there is no doona but this needs to be added.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was great for the price we paid. Staff helpful and facilities good - pool, spa, sauna and BBQ area (didn't use gym). Location was great - on main road and close to the beach, Surfers and Broadbeach but room was still quiet. Cleanliness in apartment was only average but the bed was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great stay and good value. Would stay again.

Its old and the room was very run down, needs a good clean, cupboards didnt close, lamp was broken, toilet leaked water onto the floor. Amenities were lovely. Car parking was free amd simple to access. Location is great

There was sand on the lounge, chair by the dining table the back was broken, chair in bedroom broken, the blinds were filthy, mouldy shower curtain, curtains in lounge room were dirty and mouldy. The bed was so hard I slept on the couch. The kitchen bench was dirty. This was the worst place I have ever stayed on the Gold Coast would not recommend it at all.

It was not very equipped. Had 2 cork screws, but no wine glasses. Very hard low bed. A little bit of a walk anywhere, have to catch the near by tram.
