They misinformed of a full house at the Gold Coast which was only 1 room. The owner had informed Expedia of the mistake and they were told it had been fixed. They had done nothing. I was forced to find other accomodation because my daughter which is on the spectrum felt incredibly uncomfortable. The home owner was fantastic and refunded their portion immediately. Expedia on the other hand kept their fees and no offer to help with costs of other accommodation. Disgusted with Expedia.
