'Of the two franchise properties that are close to each other I preferred Southport. The only potential negative is the location. Greenwich has a superior location but the facility isn’t as nice. '

'The stay was overall good but the breakfast policy was confusing. I included 3 breakfast meals during my 3 nights stay and the front desk staff explained a breakfast voucher will cover $35 during the whole stay, but another staff the next morning said I can order $35 each day with one voucher. So I did order my 2 meals (avocado toast, fruit plate and a cup of cranberry juice) and the total price was within $35, but they charged me $12 after my stay. '

'Property is old. But they have kept it up reasonably well. It is huge, but there were very few people there. Most of the facilities are working but definitely dated. The staff however were excellent. '
