'The house and grounds were perfect for a gathering of siblings and cousins from distant parts of the US. We had not seen each other in many years. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas worked well for an extended-family lunch.'

'Of the two franchise properties that are close to each other I preferred Southport. The only potential negative is the location. Greenwich has a superior location but the facility isn’t as nice. '

'Norwalk Inn has a homey, true inn-like atmosphere. The decor in the lobby and the room was standard and ok. The service was fairly subpar. The desk clerk didn't really go out of her way to mention anything unless one asked.'

'Was just an overnight stay sucks they don’t offer free breakfast with booking but the place overall was great and the hotel room was cute and clean. Would definitely stay again!!'

'The stay was overall good but the breakfast policy was confusing. I included 3 breakfast meals during my 3 nights stay and the front desk staff explained a breakfast voucher will cover $35 during the whole stay, but another staff the next morning said I can order $35 each day with one voucher. So I did order my 2 meals (avocado toast, fruit plate and a cup of cranberry juice) and the total price was within $35, but they charged me $12 after my stay. '
