'Upon arrival to check-in, the key card did not work, or so it seemed; the Front Desk was informed of the concern, and this was immediately addressed. The door required maintenance, and was rectified timely, Thereafter, my check-in was seamless. Thank you for the opportunity to complete this survey.'

'It was horrible. The shower was clogged yhe whole time. They didn't have any amenities. Everything was out. After explaining that the tub was clogged and we needed another room they wouldnt charge our room . Horrible '

'The receptionist was sleeping in a chair at 5 pm on arrival. She posted a sign that they were sold out and only got up when I told her we had a reservation. The rooms floor was filthy. There was no clock or telephone in the room. The TV was barely working and there was no guide. We should have left.
