'The Loud kids in the pool until 10 pm!!!! We had oceanfront room & it was also over the pool. We had just had a funeral for my MIL, also had to empty her apt. We were looking forward to a quiet evening to relax after what we had just been through. The sign on the pool gate said the pool closes at dusk. 'This was our first time staying at the Village Inn and Pub! It was absolutely so enjoyable! We went on a spur of the moment trip so I was unsure about this hotel, but it was just perfect. The pool area is so nice and relaxing and the rooms were just steps away. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Every little detail did not go overlooked. I have never recommended a place this much! For a romantic getaway this is perfect! It was very close to many restaurants and all the shops near the pier....
