'Beautiful resort. Lovely rooms. Very clean all round. Food options are somewhat limited, but there are very nice options at each restaurant as long as you get the right things.
90% are very nice and attentive. As with all resorts, tips help. We experienced some teething issues with staff, but nothing serious that wasn't apologised for and resolved. The activities are really good and there is enough to do each day. The gym could do with more than one treadmill.

'The room was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed had plenty of pillows which made it hard to get up in the morning. The pool was large enough to swim laps. Overall, it was a luxurious experience.'

'Everything was great about the stay, nothing to complain! The check in was super easy; the host coordinated with me on my arrival time and was available to show me around the property, give me dinner recommendations etc. The room was cozy and clean. 'Travel tip: ask for Frankeila. Warm, hyper-responsive, and a true problem-solver, key issues handled, lockout sorted in minutes, plus the Cocotal golf rec that saved me cash. We did sit through a high-pressure sales pitch early on (not on her) yet her follow-ups and ownership turned that around. Total pro and management material. We’d come back and likely upgrade.'

'Positives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay.
