'Check in process was terrible. We ran into issues with payments, however the man checking us in once we got to our room he called the room and said they weren’t bringing our bags we had to go get them from lobby then stated they didn’t charge us correctly his exact words “all I know you owe 380.00” very rude on the phone. Worst experience only nice person was Tony. Kids show we all felt like we were sitting in the dark. Buffet was dark, food was the same every day. Food was maybe a 1star....

'Excellent experience: the resort is well set up, hotel room and public areas are quite clean and amenities are at luxurious level. Most staff are friendly with exceptions - some bartenders’ service need to be more elevated. Beach is not cleaned regularly with many dry seaweeds - details make difference! But overall is great!'

'The only issue was that they never advertised that it was a wellness hotel. Too boring for me. No music allowed anywhere. '

'We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was comfortable amenities were beautiful. Shuttle to the beach is available within five minutes. A true escape. We were looking for somewhere that was peaceful but still lively. This was the perfect mix of calm and relaxing, but vibrant. It’s a friendly vibe, not crazy party vibe. 'We expected more from this stay of 1 night. The lady at the reception,Genesis, was very friendlyOur room was room 1305. There's a gap under the door so you can here noise from the corridor very well..We got a free bottle of cava and a platter of fruits!Unfortunately the cava was not cold and the mini-bar was not working well... The toilet was leaking,we found the bathroom very small. We did not like the bed,the frame was bigger than the mattress.So getting out of the bed is not...

'Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. '
