'The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable'

"Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten 30 minuten wachten om een pasta met saus op te warmen aan het buffetrestaurant, de drankjes in het buffetrestaurant werden niet gebracht, op een bepaald moment hadden ze geen cola, het eten in de à la carte restaurants was ondermaats behalve de show-cooking in het japans restaurant, aan het zwembad mocht iedereen hun eigen muziek spelen wat resulteerde in een kakofonie, zeepdispensers die niet werden bijgevuld, geen water uit kranen om je handen te wassen aan het zwembad, brandvlekken op het lampje aan het bed.
Omdat we ons ongenoegen zijn gaan uiten bij de customer service, kregen we een kamer aangeboden met een jacuzzi. Service was niet beter ondanks dat het een superdure kamer was en op de foto's van de jacuzzi kan je zien, dat het echt niet verzorgd was.
In het algemeen, veel gebreken voor een hotel dat gebouwd is in 2020 en geen communicatie.
Zeker al je waardevolle spullen in de kluis steken, want onze creditcard is gestolen door een technische man van het hotel.
