'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'We stayed in a Diamond Club room and had an incredible week. Jorge made our stay simple and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and more. The staff was more than pleasant and the Diamond club pool was amazing. We always were able to find a spot with no issue. The lazy river was a favourite and the entertainment was incredible for all ages! We loved our week at Royalton Bavaro! '
