'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. The staff was consistently rude throughout my stay. I was actually yelled at multiple times, which is completely unacceptable, and several staff members rolled their eyes when I asked simple questions. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Another ongoing issue was with basic service. Staff would take our towels and not replace them, and then seemed annoyed or upset when we asked for new ones....
