'Our family enjoyed Lopesan. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and the balcony was well furnished with a beautiful view of the property & ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful.The main pool is quite large, beautiful but there's not enough lounge chairs. If you're not claiming a chair by 9am, you won't find one! 'The place was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for our 3 adults 4 kids family (the 3 bedroom option). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of stores right by the apt. Our kids also loved the private balcony pool. Just know that you will have to pay for your electricity usage. Comes out of your deposit. Wasn’t bad though. Also Daniel was highly communicative and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. '

'Hiotel is close to the beach and tourists area ! Hotel is well kept more like motel in size and set up !bed sleep well ! Room is small but manageable! Hotel is on a street that leads to the beach , souvenirs stores and restaurants! Weekends be busy with music , folks up and down the streets , but safe area ! Breakfast is good and helpful starts at 8am. Can’t beat price for the location ! Beach has lots of activities for family and music ! Water is clean and warm ! Love the sunset and sunrise !...

'Very surprised at arrival, we were not able to check in because they were fully booked. Latter had a confirmed booking made two months earlier, it didn’t matter to them. The hotel itself is acceptable, medium maintenance and the staff tried to to help however nothing much they can do as all depends on their manager whom was not reachable. 'We expected more from this stay of 1 night. The lady at the reception,Genesis, was very friendlyOur room was room 1305. There's a gap under the door so you can here noise from the corridor very well..We got a free bottle of cava and a platter of fruits!Unfortunately the cava was not cold and the mini-bar was not working well... "I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests."

"De gebouwen zijn oud en aan onderhoud toe veel AC problemen, vuile AC gevolg natte kamers, vochtige kleding, De restaurants zijn ronduit slecht je reserveren dan verwacht je dat je iets goeds krijgt waar de chef zijn passie in kan gooien, niets minder waar smaakloos, lange gezichten van personeel wanneer je wat vraagt maar allen in restaurants het buffet is zeer goed ontbijt, lunch, diner personeel zeer vriendelijk en helpen je staan je woord reageren enthousiast echt super, Front desk niemand spreekt Engels kan echt niet en winkeltje in hotel megadruk bv. $18,- voor 10 paracetamol, red bull $ 8,- slaat nergens op. Naar buiten gaan dus van resort af is zeer lange weg buiten wordt je overvallen door verkopers of wordt je winkel in gesleurd, dus afgeraden, verder resort is zeer schoon en netjes bedjes op strand zijn aan vervanging toe we hebben menige personen er doorheen zien zakken. Strand is mooi maar helaas door zeewier - wat wel elke dag wordt weg gehaald- en binnen een paar uur alles er weer ligt is jammer ook in zee voel constant al het zeewier in het water. Ga ik ooit terug nee te groot teveel mensen, die zich bezuipen aan de uitstekende kwaliteit drank omdat hier hoofdzakelijk zuid-Amerikanen komen waren wij als enige nederlander een bezienswaardig en vroegen ze zich af wat wij hier deden. Verder is het resort mooi en netjes maar verdient beter onderhoud en is zeker geen 5 sterren wat er vermeldt wordt 3-4 is meer dan genoeg "
