'I had a great stay at Vista Sol Punta Cana. The renovated room upgrade was worth it, right in front of the beautiful beach.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food wasn’t amazing in general, but El Mariati and Teppanyaki Restaurant have a great food and awesome service.
The spa was a highlight with great amenities, and Maria was amazing. She made me feel well taken care of. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience!'

'Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need...

Property management will tell you that "the unit you booked is the unit that was listed". Show them the listing all you want, their reply will not change.
I traveled to this unit in Jan of 2026 it is now March 2026 and they continue to list as an Ocean View. ...
