'Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. '

'Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!'

'Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience '

'Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff.'

'The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is spectacular. Food is wonderful. I have been to this resort five times in eight years. It’s hard not to go back when it is lovely and you feel very safe. However. The service each time has went down and this time to such a degree that it does not make up for all of the beauty of the place. Yes. Some staff were very nice. But the majority pay more attention to their colleagues than the vacationers. Waited an hour and a half for...

'I stayed today in this cold travel to airlines flights and had a reservation for five additional days. But I couldn’t stay in this place. Everything was dirty. I had Sting water in the toilet area was not working properly. The app places for horrible. There was roaches. There’s a piece of salami. Sitting on the walkway for today’s. You could tell maintenance is poor I will add a few pics to this preview. It’s not what they make it sound or lookin their advertising.'
