'Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. '

'Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. 'I had a pillow in the room that was dirty upon arrival. I placed it to the side so the pillowcase would get changed the following day. That did not happen. It kept getting placed back on the bed with the dirty side up. Food was disappointing except for the hibachi. Service was not great except for the Italian restaurant. Pool was nice.'

'Everything about this resort was top notch. The premier package was such a great deal- the food, drinks, activities, and space was all worth it. We had friends over on the palace side (for families) and it was also amazing to have access to the amenities there. 'Hoewel voor Dominicaanse begrippen wellicht oké, vond ik het appartement qua afwerking niet zo. De douche had smerige oude randen, het regenwater drupte onze slaapkamer in, het zag er allemaal een beetje smoezelig uit. Maar de mensen waren vriendelijk, het verblijf was wel ruim dus al bij al een oké nachtje geslapen voor onze doorreis naar Las Terrenas '
