'Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...

'Bij het inchecken duurde het echt heel lang, meer dan een half uur wachten. Geen bell boy te vinden dus zelf met de koffers het halve resort over. Hopelijk zit je niet 3 hoog want er is geen lift. 'Loved the resort. My son had a blast and the experiences outside the park are super easy accessible!! The only issue I had was with a Leslee inside the room, it was around the bed and it was quite uncomfortable at moments for my son. 'Pros: The private pool and bar were exceptional. Beautiful, clean, friendly. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. Reception was excellent. Great drinks!! Everyone was sooooo nice and friendly. Cons: The beach is covered in seaweed, as is the water. So much so that we could not enter the ocean. The view is lovely, but it is not a “beach vacation.” The other not great issue is the food. Just not very good. '

'Bij aankomst enorm verschoten en het gevoel om weer te willen weggaan naar een ander hotel. Drie nadere kamers bekeken: zelfde staat. Zeer koele inrichting van de kamer en badkamer en enorm gedateerd. Gelukkig waren wij iedere dag een ganse dag op uitstap. Balkon met zicht op zwembad was super! accommodatie oogt rondom het zwembad prachtig maar de kamers zijn serieus aan renovatie toe. Zeer toffe ligging, zeer goede uitvalsbasis, leuke ontbijtruimte aan het zwembad in openlucht met rieten afdak....
