'It was not what we expected. The reviews were good, but our experience with this motel was really bad. It is that we booked in front otherwise we would have left. The staff was so unfriendly when we arrived'

'The staff were more than accommodating, the pool & hot tub were amazing. The pool/ hot tub closes at 10pm for 18 & under & midnight for 18 & over which was kind of nice to relax without a lot of echoing that occurs from indoor pools. They also have an outdoor patio area right off the pool which was nice as well. The breakfast was great with multiple options. The only negative I will say is that our shower head needs some CLR. The water pressure with it was not great & even some plugged holes....

'The location to 101. The location to a variety of reasonably priced but eating choices from chains to local establishments. Hotel in a relatively safe area. All in all will use this location again if in Medford again.'

'This property is owned and run by the people that own it and it certainly shows. They care for like it's their own home in the thoughtfulness of the way they care for this place. I haven't stayed in a motel that was this nice in many many years. I have a new place to call home when I come to Medford. I'll definitely be back here and I'll recommend it to my friends or bring friends here.'

'Incredible stay. We had a blast going to the river and coming beck to the extra comfortable inn. Clean, close to everything. Safe, incredible AC. We run hot. We will definitely be back. One our faves yet, and we travel a lot.'

Fernando the manager was so kind to turn in the AC before we arrived. It located close to the freeway , lots of restaurants and stores. The bed the was very comfortable and the were hot and strong. '

'This hotel was absolutely wonderful for the price. Very clean. Shower was one of the best hotel showers i have ever used! Bathroom was roomy. We enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly. Lots of amenities like the pool and gym. Overall if we are in this area again, it will be our first choice! '
