'Total lack of politeness and helpfullness of staff. Nobody exceptmanager speaks english or tries to understand you. Upon checking they downgraded us to a cheaper forest room. We were not allowed to eat in 2 restaurants because we were white, they explicitely said. Food was below avarage and with loud movie Annie on background. Infested with mosqitos. Lake pool is just the dirty lake. Were not able to even get water in our room after trying for 1 hour because of lack of english and willingness to...

'We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. Breakfast 1was terrible, with no menu to choose from it was just prepared and here's something to eat. Breakfast 2...

'This was one of the most confusing stays I have ever had, firstly communication from the park was great at first and then more and more and more.. the contact loves a good information flood on WhatsApp
So I thought I had all the information I could need, but quickly realised I actually knew nothing.
Google does not tell you much about the resort apart from poor reviews on restaurants, but I could not find a mart, shops, anything really? There is no information about the resort available, I...

'호텔스닷컴 예약을 했지만,입장부터 차별대우 받고
20분을 넘게 확인을 해야했다.
방은 콤팡이 냄새와 청결하지 못한 컨디션..
본관수영장을 가기위해 이동용 차량을 불렸지만 서비스가 어렵다는 회신..
직영운영이라는 말 만 믿었는데..
절대 다시는 가지않을거고,호텔스닷컴 또한 이용하지 않을겁니다.'

'Our stay was mostly good. Bed was comfy, room had decent heating. Overall nice vibe. Breakfast is limited to 6:30-8:30 am.
However, water in the bathroom was quite cold, maybe around 22°C for showering. Slightly run down shower. '

'The room appeared clean but I soon found a small number of ants on the desk that held the TV. Several hours later I saw more ants in other locations, including the bathroom countertop I used tape to capture some of the ants as proof and notified Reception. They were apologetic.'
