'This is a basic hotel that is SUPER clean and rooms are very well maintained. The desk staff was friendly/helpful and the price was very reasonable because a lot of the unnecessary stuff is not included. Our room included a microwave, mini fridge, 2 queen beds, a desk & chair, individual packets of shampoo/soap, and a nice flat panel TV with Direct TV. A coffee maker and hair dryer were not in the room, breakfast was not offered (but there's a Starbucks nextdoor), and key cards were not handed...

'Beautiful and well located if u want to be in the French quarter . Stayed in one of the tower rooms so well laid out - very dog friendly . Very busy lobby. the restraunt /bars at hotel always full. Room service is all night (!) but more like take out - comes in boxes w no plates .'
