'Wonderful peaceful place off the main hotel strip that is family run. Hosts very helpful to any needs. Nice pool overlooking lagoon. Quaint, charming and had a lot of Spanish character. Can walk to jungle speedboat tour which was a lot of fun.'

'Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay,...

'The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.'

'The appartement was great, big kitchen nice living and bedroom. On top of the appartement there was a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi with a beautiful view over Cancun.There is also a BBQ.'
