Lazy Palm captures the spirit of classic coastal living—easy, nostalgic, and made for unhurried days by the sea. This refreshed 70s beach house radiates light, space, and effortless calm, with whitewashed interiors, timber accents, and subtle palm motifs setting a relaxed holiday tone from the moment you step through the cheerful pink door.

The air-conditioned main living area invites you to unwind with leather sofas, ceiling fans, and a smart TV. The bright, fully equipped kitchen makes home cooking a pleasure, featuring an island bench, modern appliances, and a Nespresso machine for your morning ritual. The adjoining dining area flows seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining zone, where you can fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco beneath the covered patio. A separate second lounge offers extra space for families to spread out, ideal for movie nights, games, or quiet downtime.

Each of the three bedrooms is styled for simplicity and rest—two with queen beds and the third with a single-over-double bunk. Each is finished with fresh linen and ceiling fans. The bathroom includes a generous walk-in shower and locally sourced bath products for your stay.

A laundry with a washer and ironing board adds convenience for longer visits, while the fully fenced yard offers a safe space for children or pets to play. With free parking, Wi-Fi, and self check-in via keypad, everything here is designed for a breezy, stress-free coastal escape.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, except the lock-up shed, which remains unavailable for guest use. Please make yourselves at home!

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
