'Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! '

Beds were comfortable. Living room was roomy - a perfect spot to gather and hang out. If it had been warmer, the wrap-around porch would have been ideal. Host was very responsive and provided detailed information prior to our arrival. '

The only thing we wish we would’ve known before booking was that this is the upstairs unit to the duplex. We have stomping children so we were worried for the downstairs neighbors while they were there. If it were clearly labeled the upper floor of a duplex, we would’ve tried to find something less stressful. '
