'Achei o quarto pequeno e estranhei a pia estar dentro do quarto e não no banheiro, porém a cama era confortável, funcionários educados e atenciosos , café da manhã bom. Boa localização em frente ao shopping Nova América. Me senti muita segura, viajei com minha filha adolescente.'

'The location was perfect for the carnaval Less was; Breakfast could be still 11 instead of 10. More people at the counter who speaks engish. Such a big concern as Windsor. Give your personel at the counter free Engish lessons.'

'Location is close to the airport en center. You can walk to the airport during the day, 5min walk. However after dark the area is not safe and many homeless and shady people occupy the streets. There are many restaurants in the area. Service was not as aspected, some examples, roomservice entered our room after a small knock at 22.15 No excuse made. We had dinner in the hotel, dont expect much of it, no menu available in English of Spanish. No eye contact with us. Had to ask for everything....
