'Superb room very clean and everything smelt amazing to the lobby, elevator and room. Very nice gym but could be expanded such as providing complimentary protein bars. Staff service was lack luster but always quick to address issues. View was nice even in the base room, would be a guest at Nobu hotel frequently. Just wish they had a loyalty program and collect 'Nobu points' or something similar. Additionally a pool would be a excellent addition at the Toronto hotel. '

'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...
