'Beautiful property exactly as described. Very clean, upgraded baths. There were six adults and we all slept very comfortably. Very responsive host that left fresh apple cider donuts that were delicious. Coffee and tea offerings were excellent. Couple farmhouse cats stopped for a visit which was adorable. Definitely stay here again when we return to the area. '

'Great location, near Manchester and Dorset, just off Rt 7A. Instructions for check in were spot on, but we didn't receive the initial email, it had to be resent. Probably the coldest weekend of the winter, with temps close to 0F. Oil heat/forced air, but it wasn't able to do a good job on the primary bedroom (downstairs). Other than that, unit was well furnished, with a Keurig coffee maker, full complement of cooking gear.Would definitely return in the future.'

'This is our third stay in this beautiful place and we are already planning next year. My 10 year granddaughter said it feels like home. There was no snow predicted but we enjoyed a lovely squall. We enjoyed lots of family time and wonderful fires inside and out. Matt is very responsive and accommodating. Love our Vermont vacation!!'

It is (for those who may not know Vermont) SUPER close to all sorts of hiking, tours, cute stores and great food! Our family will absolutely stay here again!'

'We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. The attached ‘cottage’ at the Inns rear wing is charming and was just what we needed for visiting family nearby. It had all we needed for the 3 adults staying over and a family visitor for dinner.
