Great hotel with all the facilities you need ! Awesome breakfast buffet and heavenly beds as well ! Make sure to book a suite to get free entry to both the rooftop pool and the amazing wellness.

Lovely property and perfectly located for our cruise embarkation. We experienced a medical emergency during our stay and the staff could not have been more helpful or caring. I only wish I could remember the name of the woman who took charge so I could thank her specifically.

I was hoping for a nice stay - what I got was a luxurious stay. I was half board and would recommend that - also - try out la poemas. All the staff were amazing - shout out to Paola, Xoel, Julia … but no one was anything other than lovely. As a solo traveller this worked for me Plenty of sunbeds for this April trip

Bellissimo hotel di gran fascino in una struttura storica di LAS Palmas. Si ha la sensazione di soggiornare nel vero cuore della vita della città Non solo gli ospiti dell' hotel, ma tantissimi visitatori esterni vengono qui per fruire di tutte le esclusive attività: eleganti e rilassanti bar e ristoranti, piscina , spa. Una location unica all' interno di un enorme, bellissimo parco.Il tutto reso speciale da un servizio professionale e cordiale. Personalmente sono stata davvero piacevolmente sorpresa da un' attenzione speciale in occasione del mio compleanno: tortina e spumante in camera, nonché cambio di camera dopo una notte un po' rumorosa a causa di clienti fastidiosi e maleducati. Ed in più il gentile e gradito omaggio nella nuova camera di spumante e dolcini e di una messaggio di scuse della responsabile delle relazioni dell' hotel, la squisita sig.ra Soraya, che inoltre ci omaggiava di un ingresso gratuito al giorno alla Spa e dell' accesso all' ultimo piano ( la piscina del rooftop riservata ai clienti Vip ). In questo hotel c' è davvero un' attenzione speciale al cliente . E per finire un ringraziamento speciale ai cari e disponibilissimi Paula ed Edoardo che ci hanno sempre saputo ascoltare ed aiutare.

This is a high end property so was expecting high end service, the room wasn’t ready even though we were allowed to go in, not tea/coffee facilities or mini bar been updated. Other things only little things but forgot the lemon in our gin and tonic, the room service app that they expected you to use wasn’t working so phoned through the order but due to language differences one of the orders was wrong. Asked for some blankets which should have been in our room but weren’t , asked at reception but had to phone 3 hours later as they hadn’t arrived

Nice hotel, a little chaotic…….
When we arrived at 3pm, the whole check in system seemed very long winded. And our room wasn’t ready. So we had to what another 15 minutes. To be fair, they did upgrade our room and gave us access to the rooftop pool and bar which is only available to all guests after 5.30pm The room itself was very nice. Big bed, lovely terrace and very spacious bathroom. A very restful nights sleep. Breakfast was included in our stay and was very chaotic. Waiting for a table, and then waiting a further 20 mins for coffee. Seemed like the staff were finding it difficult to cope. Only had one night here, it was enjoyable but a little marred by a couple of issues…..

Nos trataron como si no fuéramos clientes. Coincidimos con alojamiento de equipo de fútbol y el Hotel solo se preocupó de la estancia de este equipo, sin prestar ninguna atención a nosotros. Muchísimos zonas y servicios bloqueados por seguridad del hotel que solo hacía caso a la seguridad del equipo. Solo acataban órdenes de la seguridad del equipo, hasta me echaron del Hall del hotel, pasillos, escaleras, y con muy malas maneras. Un trato muy malo y mala experiencia

Fantastic historical hotel with beautiful garden. The room was very nice and clean. Downside was the experience at the lobby bar. We ordered a couple of sandwiches which was absolutely not eatable. The French fries was raw. Made us feel sick and uncomfortable. We gave this feedback to the waiter but he didn't care and we had to pay it all. Big minus.

Fint opphold men dyrt
Hotellet er kjempe fint med gode restauranter, god frokostbuffet og bra fasiliteter. Toppetasjen er kun for de med suite, og spa fasiliteter må betales for dersom man ikke har suite. Vi tok også massasje og fikk beskjed etterpå at pga valgt trykk måtte vi betale 5 EUR ekstra per behandling fordi det var ikke inkludert. Dette ble ikke opplyst om på forhånd og er særdeles spesielt og uvanlig. Det ser jeg som dårlig service.

Wonderful!
The Hotel and services impress you just from the beginning of your stay. Everything is perfect. Comfortable beds and pillows, that is important after the long walks in the city. Hotel situated in the middle of the city and you can walk to the old part of the city and to Las Canteras area.. Very good breakfast with the exceptional quality products. Beautiful park around. We love it! Very kind and professional stuff. We will return and we will repeat our experience in this hotel!

Staff were so so lovely and so so helpful!! The bar men, Pavlo and his team were just so amazing. Everybody was always willing to help! We would've loved more modern rooms, but nonetheless, everything was beautiful and the food?!? yes.
