The entry way and check in area could have better signage as the staff did not greet guests. Although, restaurant/bar staff was attentive and excellent. The room was clean but the toilet needs to be fixed, there was something shoved under it and made loud noise every time pressure was put on it.

Room was clean. The bathroom shower fixtures we loose around the shower head. Shower was a walk in and allows the water out onto the bathroom floor. Which made it very slippery to walk out. I think it should be noted that the parking is $38 per day when you’re booking the room. The breakfast was great!

Nice hotel, but. . .
Nice hotel. Up to the Hyatt brand. Good location, good service. . . Except. . .The hotel has no real front door. In the dark, from the street level, hard to find. There is no one at the street level, and no place to pull over or unload luggage. The front desk area is on the second floor, by design accessible primarily from the parking garage. The parking garage itself is excruciatingly hard to find if you have not been to this hotel before. Parking is $38. A nice garage, but a rip off. Not included with the room.

We do apologize if you found our entrance to be confusing, our signage we have posted is meant to assist with locating the hotel and front desk. We do not own the parking garage so the rate is not ours to adjust or combine with the room rate. However, for your convenience we do offer unlimited in and out access to the attached garage. We hope this confusion you experienced during your first stay with us will assist you for the next time we get to host you!

Thank you for reaching out regarding your most recent stay with us. I apologize this situation was less than satisfying! In the spirit of transparency, it seems you found what is referred to as a 'traveler' during your stay. Upon reporting this to our team they sprang into action placing the room out of service and putting in a service call to our pest control provider who during a thorough investigation of the room confirmed there were no further signs of activity or an infestation of any type. The room was properly treated as a preventative action, professionally inspected once more and cleared to rent. We do have a pest control contract that combs the location bi weekly but unfortunately, as many hoteliers know, travelers can pop up at anytime. Please know that our location takes every situation seriously and will always act accordingly. Again I apologize for the inconvenience during your stay.
