'Spacious rooms, great stay. The rooms were clean and fresh and the lobby was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great, though the hot tub chemicals must have been off a bit because my husband left with a chemical rash after a few sessions in the hot tub. We were a smidge disappointed with the TV-viewing experience. It kept getting pixelated, like the early '00s digital TV, which was disappointing while watching March Madness. 'The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. 'Welcoming to pets'

'I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. 'First time walking in the room and it smelled like cigarette/ marijuana smoke and the blankets had a burn in it. My door was off track and I would have to lift it up to close it. The one wash cloths was ripped and stained. I told the front desk and the guy just said okay and did nothing about it.
