Area is close to many restaurants and the concert venue we came for. Owner was quick to reply to all messages and helpful with special requests of a feather free room. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location. '

'Very clean room and property. This is a boutique hotel, we actually saw no staff during our stay and that was fine. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of options of food and drinks close. Loved the decor and convenience of checking in and out. '
