'Beautifully presented and very clean! All the needed amenities for a family with a 5 year old! This spot covered all the bases and if something at all is needed, Amber and Brett are at the ready to assist! Definitely will be back to OBX and will book this location when I do. Walking distance to grocery, entertainment, and beach!'

'This house was a perfect find in Duck for a couple families with small kids. The bedroom and bathroom situation worked well, property was clean, and location was great. Two things really stood out tho. First, when the property listing says the kitchen is well stocked, it's not an exaggeration. There are plenty of pans, utensils, even a pitcher. Everything is super clean too. But the best was the communication from the host- responsive and helpful at every turn. Thanks for the great stay!'

'They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there.There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site.The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes...

'We had a fantastic stay at this updated, clean home in Corolla! The host was incredibly helpful with excellent communication throughout our trip. The house was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed, and the short walk or drive with quick access to the beach made our days effortless. A few minor cosmetic issues were present, but they are easily fixed and didn't impact our stay in the slightest. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!'

'Perfect place to stay with our dog. There's even a gate separating the living and bedroom areas. Nice neighborhood as well. We were there in January, and many of the houses seemed to be occupied by owners, which probably makes it a quieter neighborhood in the summer as well.'
