'Op basis van reviews dit hotel uitgekozen. Helaas voldeed het hotel niet aan onze verwachting. Het hotel is niet voorzien van liften, waardoor je je met de koffers twee trappen op moet. Het ontbijt is minimaal en de ontbijtzaal is tevens de lobby en heeft slechts twee tafeltjes. Daarnaast hadden wij last van bed wantsen.'

'It looks old given the name "colonial" Inn. Easy access from roads. Free parking right next to your room. Atlantic Ocean is right behind the property. So it was easier to walk to the beach. Person incharge checking in was polite and friendly. Summer here is very crowded but it was a peaceful room to rest and sleep. Price was much reasonable than other fancy options in the area.'

'Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. Buy a Longer Shower Curtain...

De accomodatie heeft veel achterstallig onderhoud en is niet meer wat het ooit geweest lijkt te zijn. De inrichting was gedateerd met oude apparatuur oa tv. De kamer was netjes, maar de gezamenlijke woonkamer erg stoffig met spinnenwebben!
De steiger was moeilijk begaanbaar door de beplanting er omheen en...
