'Great beach access for the money! Wright Bros. Monument is 2 blocks away but not walkable-- the highway can't be safely crossed on foot. Also, a car is necessary to get to restaurants and other places of interest, though they are near enough. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!'

'We had a great sunset view from our quiet, comfortable room--with great coffee and tea service, mini fridge, nice shower. Easy walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella waiting...even at 7am! Good restaurants close by and Spa across the street. Great karma, decor, and staff! We will be back. '

'The bathroom was tiny but this made for a roomier sitting area. The "balcony" opened right on to the dunes. The jets in the hot tub we broken so were more like vigorous bublers. Over all beautiful stay.'

'This is a great place to stay that puts you basically right on the beach. It is close to many of the shopping areas and restaurants. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend!'

'We go every year about this time and it's great. Staying here gives you permission to park across the street and have passes to the beach at the community of million $ homes. SWEET. They shared that while the summer was good the fall has been awful. I blame the Orange Failure in our white house for scaring everyone away!'

'The property is very comfortable and convenient to pool and beach with children. Very clean and so quaint. The pool is great but had a few little places where the concrete was a little rough around the drain. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cottage. '
