'The room was old and dingy had a moldy smell when we walked in housekeeping in that room for check-in was OK and the living spaces but I found someone’s used washcloth under the bathroom sink. also, the outside door stuck you had to use Force to open it, and the screen door kept popping off the balcony area is not taken care of at all in the room. The price of the room for two nights at almost 450 a night did not match the standards that we were greeted with. If I’m paying this much for a room,...

'The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. We reserved 2 rooms for our party of 4, thinking they would be next to each other but that was not the case. One room only had...

'Verrrry clean, cold a/c, beautiful decor, small yet great for a quick escape. Our host was awesome, so accommodating, friendly. Its on a golf community so very quiet. '

'The booking was for 2 days and short notice. Hotel was fully booked. Staff at checking were on personal phone playing loud games and seemed troubled to check me in. Sheets were stained and room was over all dated. Seems like they may be in the process of renovations but not in a hurry. Breakfast was deplorable. Only coffee, cereal or make your own waffles no other cooked or hot items. They don't have a stash of snacks to purchase aside from the vending machines. Expensive machines.'
