'we were in town for a buck and doe and this was an awesome spot to stay! nice renovation, convenient location, and super quick self-check in / self-check out.'

'what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.'

'The staff was not there when we arrived, they were grocery shopping. The tv didn’t work. The room was nice and very good and clean. The staff was not at the desk in morning either.'

'Very pleasant staff. Good location in St. Mary's. Nice place to stay. The traveler does need to be aware of the staffed hours are something like 9-6. Refrigerator in the room. Clean room.'

'We stayed in a loft suite and it was great. The top steps were a little tricky because of the way they turn to go down so if you have any balance issues it could be uncomfortable. Also no washroom upstairs so going down after dark requires lighting. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and the bed was nice. Check in was super easy and the staff were very nice.'

'No slippers provided, ( they said will provide when booked) called the front desk, and just say sorry at first place. Then I complain, because no slippers, how could we do the bath. Then they suddenly drop off slippers. Also, when we check in, they mentioned we could take drinks from minibar, no charge. We took the water and coke. Then we got charged when we check out. Very disappointed experience.'

'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

'Bij aankomst om 22.00 uur bleek de verwarming op onze kamer niet aan te staan. Het was ijskoud op de kamer. Moe van de reis direct naar bed. De heater niet aangezet want deze maakte een irritant geluid. Extra dekens waren niet mogelijk want er was geen house-keeping meer aanwezig. Andere kamer was ook geen optie. Volgende dag misschien, moest nog bekeken worden. Hele nacht koud gehad in bed. Geprobeerd met onze jassen over ons en badhanddoeken warm te houden !!!! Volgende dag gelukkig een andere...

'basic room for the night ..rate was good but nothing too fancy ...have stayed here alot as it was very close to the hospital when I required medical procedures there usually yearly. very busy road and area back rooms are a bit quieter for sleep. '
