'What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. 'The house is located in a great location, just above the Market Brae steps, making it central to most places in the city center. The house is old, but very well kept. Two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor and a third, with its own bathroom, on the third. Stairs are a bit of a struggle, if you're not used to them, but not a huge issue. 'Clava Cottage was cozy and homey, or homely as they say in the UK. Gregor was an excellent host, communicative and responsive. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. The wood burning stove in the living room was especially nice given the unseasonably cool weather during our stay. The location was walkable to city centre and an Aldi, a Tesco, and a Lidl. The cottage was an excellent home base for our highland adventures. We had a lovely stay.'

'We have had nothing but positive experiences with VRBO, but this was our best yet. Two factors in particular stood out. The location simply could not be better - nice neighborhood, a three-minute walk to either Aldi’s or a terrific neighborhood pub (The Waterfront). 'This adorable cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The location was close to stores and restaurants, easy walk to anything we needed. Having a parking spot on the property was perfect, a convenience that made our stay. The property was clean with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The owner even supplied body wash, shampoo and soaps which was a nice surprise. This is a fantastic place, we highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful stay.'

'The property is a conveniently located, very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious apartment. It also has a fantastic outlook north to the mountains and over the river and the south side of the city and the hills beyond. Getting in was easy and so was using the carpark. Highly recommended!'

'We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. We saw plenty of local bird and wildlife, had great encounters with the farm animals on site and really enjoyed the remote and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!'

'Nice house in an ideal location to enjoy the local area. We stayed for a week and the location was great for a some exellent walking, cycling and relaxing. The house is well equipped, warm, comfortable and clean, it has the added bonuis of a lockable outhouse which was good for storing bikes. Overall 3* hotel feeling, but rooms well appointed
"Rooms were well appointed and surprisingly comfortable. Lobby area looks small and rather on the 3* side. No parking at the hotel possible and street rules were very confusing. Front desk weren't very helpfull in understanding the rules. Would come back if its cheap and my go to hotel in INV is full. "
