Casa Mariett 2 is an apartment located on the ground floor in the heart of Gravedona, where you can relax without any of disturb. It is about 500 meters from the lake, so you can reach the lakefront on foot in less than 5 minutes.



Shared with the other two apartments, you have a garden with outdoor table with gazebo, hot tub and barbecue.



There is air conditioning in every room of the house.



This apartment also has a large balcony with lake view for exclusive use, with dining table and sunshade.



Within a radius of about 500 meters you can find all the services you will need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy).



You can choose whether to live your holiday always on the go to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, sunbathing in the garden or enjoying an aperitif outdoors in company!



The house overlooks a secondary road, very little traffic and therefore not noisy.



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle;



To complete the living area we find two comfortable sofas and a TV.



The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe to store all your clothes.



The second bedroom has two single beds.



The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a desk.



The apartment has two bathrooms, both with glass shower, toilet, bidet and sink.



The apartment has a private outdoor parking space for your car.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
