'The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner wouldn't run while you're asleep. The front desk person said it was set up to only run by motion detection. This is how going green technology works. Therefore, you wake up very warm in the morning. Not happy with that at all.'

'the air conditioning barely blew and had a golf tee stuck in it.The mirror was so dusty you couldn't see in it and the trim was hanging off of it.The trim was hanging around the door and you had to bend down to go under it.The room looked nothing like the pictures.The parking lot was full of construction trash.The shower had mildew all in it. They said there was breakfast served but there was not.There was only 1/2 a cup of coffee.It was terrible!'

'When we booked through Expedia it stated the pet fee was $25 per stay per dog. When we got to the hotel we were charged $25 per night instead. After numerous calls to the hotel and Expedia we have still not received a refund. Expedia says hotel is wrong and hotel says Expedia is wrong. We have not gotten this resolved at all.'

'Very convenient to historic district of Jonesborough TN. Moderately easy 3-5 minute walk with a paved path or road to town which has very limited parking. Rooms were clean but mattress was tough.'

'Beware this property is under renovation. The lobby is an active construction site. There is no breakfast at this time. Suggest calling ahead to check the status. The staff was very friendly and handled the situation as well as can be expected. '

'The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel.'
